Waihi Beach Accommodation

About Waihi Beach
Waihi Beach is one of the Coromandel’s best-kept secrets. 9km of golden sand, reliable surf, and a genuinely relaxed small-town feel. The main street has great cafés, a bottle shop, and everything you need for a week away. The Orokawa Bay coastal track starts just ten minutes’ walk from One Fyfe, and Whangamatā, Karangahake Gorge and the surrounding area is just a hop, skip and jump when you want to explore.
It’s the kind of place where the plan is: coffee, beach, book, beach, cook, repeat.
Bring the dog
Yes, the dog is welcome. There’s a huge fenced lawn to run circles on and a shady deck for panting after. For the best walks, beaches and practical tips with a dog in tow, see our full guide to dog-friendly Waihi Beach.

What guests say
One Fyfe was the perfect place for our family’s winter getaway. The house was clean and very comfortable, we loved the cosy fire. Close to the beach and shops, an absolute gem ❤️
Marcia, Waikato
Cute beach house with an enormous lawn and large deck with comfy outdoor furniture. Also walking distance to the beach and cafes. Good location, great for dogs too!
